Lost and found

If you happen to misplace something at ESCAPE CLUB, here's what you need to do:

1. Visit Escape Club the next day when we open around 23:00 hours.
2. Inform our security team that you've lost an item, providing a detailed description.
3. Ask to speak with the manager for assistance.

Escape Club is open every day. Please check our agenda to confirm our opening hours.

If you can't make it to Escape Club the next day, no worries! Email us at lost@escape.nl with a detailed description of your lost item, including a photo if possible, along with the date you lost it. We'll do our best to locate your item. If successful, we'll secure it and confirm via email. You can then pick it up any day we're open, within a month, during regular hours.

Please note:
- We don't send lost items by post; they can only be picked up at Escape Club.
- Unclaimed items after a month will be donated to charity.
- IDs/Passports found will be handed over to the police.
